Hey, Roney!

I built a fully optimized Top Rated Roofing website for you, completely for free, along with a bunch of other free stuff.

This page is a note to you. Everything else on this site is the website I built for you.

Aaryan Gupta

Hi Roney. My name’s Aaryan. We’ve never met. I’ve been doing digital marketing for a Dallas GC for about a year (see below), and I’ve recently started working with roofers in DFW.

I was reading through your 140 reviews on Google, and I was really impressed.

Rather than email you a pitch, I built a completely free, fully optimized website for you, along with a bunch of other free stuff (see below). Again, this is all totally free, no strings attached.

The proof

What I did for a Dallas builder this year.

  1. 1Built him an incredible website
  2. 2Did a pile of SEO work
  3. 3Got him ranking for the keywords buyers were actually searching
  4. 4Started bringing him high-ticket leads, like 3,000 sq ft home builds
  5. 5Plus testimonial videos, a lead dashboard, weekly social posts and local news features
Google Search Console impressions over six months
618,000 Google impressions in six months. Up from almost none, with no ad spend at all. Straight out of his Search Console.

But anyway, back to you

Let’s talk about your new website.

It’s free, and it’s already built. You don’t pay a cent. All you’d do is point your domain’s nameservers at it, and I’ll walk you through it. It takes about fifteen minutes.

It moves as you read it

Sections lift in as you reach them, and the page opens dark and lightens as you scroll, so nothing reads as a template.

A price, in five taps

Watch the number move. Five questions and a homeowner has a real range for their own roof.

A menu worth opening

Full screen, every service and city one tap away.

Here they are, side by side, on a phone.

The current Top Rated Roofing website homepage
Your site now A logo, a hamburger and a small carousel. No phone number and no reviews on the first screen.

Same emulated Moto G Power. Theirs 24 August, the new one 17 September 2026.

The homepage takes eleven seconds to show a phone anything.

The new website homepage
The new site 83 out of 100. Largest paint 4.7 seconds, first paint 1.7, nothing blocking and nothing shifting.

PageSpeed Insights, mobile, both runs 17 September 2026.

It is carrying five megabytes to say six things.

Your site now

95 requests and 5.5 MB. 2.8 MB of that is JavaScript.

The new site

20 requests, and under 200 KB of code. The rest is your photographs.

Headless Chromium at 412px, every response measured, 25 August 2026.

There are four real pages. Now there are forty.

Your site now

Home, About, Services, Contact. /recent-projects/ is linked from every page and has nothing on it, and there is no structured data anywhere.

The new site

Fifteen service pages, five guides, three city pages, two tools, a team page, a Recent Projects page with your own job photos from Benbrook, Aledo and Allen, and your services, hours and FAQs written where a search engine reads them.

Fetched every URL in their sitemap; counted this site’s own build output.

Your team, where people look for them.

Your site now

Eight cards near the bottom of the contact page.

The new site

Every face on the homepage and the About page, and a Meet the Team page with a tap-to-call line for each person and a real review under you and Wesley.

topratedroofing.com/contact/ and this site’s /team/, 17 September 2026.

All 140 reviews, and not one of them under five stars.

Your site now

One review at a time, in a pop-up in the corner.

The new site

Every one of the 131 with text on one page, filterable by insurance claims, hail and storms, leaks, new roofs and cleanup.

Your Google profile, read in full on 17 September 2026.

And it does things a brochure cannot.

Repair, claim, or just a look?
Repair, claim, or just a look?

Both live at /tools/. No email address asked for on either.

And a gazillion other SEO things that will rank this site higher.

  • Every page links to the pages that should rank, on purpose
  • Real depth on each service page, not one paragraph repeated
  • A page for Fort Worth, Southlake and Corsicana, each about that place
  • Titles and headings written around what people search
  • Fonts and images served from your own domain, sized for phones
  • Every image described for screen readers and for Google
  • A sitemap that stays in sync by itself
  • Your reviews as real text rather than a screenshot
  • One tap to call from any page, tested down to a 375px phone

And a quick ranking audit

You own west Fort Worth. The map stops at the far side of the 820.

13×13 points across Fort Worth, Benbrook, White Settlement, Sansom Park and Forest Hill, each one asking Google for roofing contractor from that exact spot.

26 of 169 points put you in the top three. On 53 of them you do not appear at all.

Rank grid for "roofing contractor" around Fort Worth
Your office is the middle of this square, in the green.
The same grid run for "storm damage roof repair", showing the same pattern
The same grid run for storm damage roof repair: top three at 68 points, where you are third of 112 and hold two thirds of the market share.

What is and is not causing it

  1. Reviews and photos not the problem

The company first across this grid has 68 reviews and 25 photos. You have 140 at a straight 5.0 and 58, and you are second of 142. More reviews and more photos is the usual advice and you have already done it.

  2. Distance most of what you are seeing

Google weights how close you are to whoever is searching. Centred on your own yard the map is green for miles in every direction and goes red past the 820, which is the honest shape of it: you are strong where you are and you thin out toward the far side of the city.

  3. Your website the fixable half

Google reads the site attached to the profile to work out what you do. Three pages, none of them about storm damage or claims, is not much to go on.

The next place people will look

ChatGPT knows who you are. It has never once put you on the shortlist.

Asked “Who are the best roofing contractors in Fort Worth, TX?”
ChatGPT's answer to "Who are the best roofing contractors in Fort Worth, TX?", with Top Rated Roofing not among them

I asked once, in a chat with no history that could have biased it. It named you every time, and every time it put you below the list it would actually ring, twice reaching for price as the reason.

These tools read what other people write about you. The companies it puts first turn up in local round-ups, on BBB, in manufacturer directories. There is very little about you on any of them.

ChatGPT, web search on, in a fresh Temporary Chat so no account memory could bias it, 24 August 2026.

Yours to keep

Some other stuff I made for you

An animated logo, a flyer, and a review QR code.

An animated logo

Your shield builds from its own point and the five stars land one at a time. It runs on this site too, on the header and footer logos.

You also get it vertical, square, and with a transparent background to drop over your own footage.

A one-page flyer

This site on paper. It reads from the same file the website does, so the two cannot disagree.

Print-ready PDF, US Letter, two sides.

Open the flyer (PDF)
QR code to the Google review page

A Google review QR code

Scan it and your review page opens. Print it on a card, the truck, a receipt.

Vector, so it stays crisp and scannable at any print size.

“Whoa, Aaryan, that's a lot of free stuff. When are you going to try to sell me?”

So when's the sell?

There isn't one. I know I can get results (I've done it before, see above). I'll work for free until I've made you money. We can figure out the rest from there.

If I cannot get a Fort Worth roofer booking jobs off the internet, then I have not earned anything. So I would rather carry that risk than ask you to.

The offer

I work for free until it books you a job.

  1. 01 You look this over Everything on this page is already built. None of it costs you anything, and I do not need an answer today.
  2. 02 We sit down in person I come to you, walk you through all of it, and answer whatever you want to throw at me.
  3. 03 I hook it all up The site goes live on topratedroofing.com, your leads start landing somewhere you can actually see them, and I get your name onto the local listings Google reads when it decides who shows up on the map.
  4. 04 If you want to work with me, I'll work for free I've built a system that gets results, and I don't want to charge for it until I've proven to you that it works.
  5. 05 You only pay me once I get you a booked job The trigger is a job you have actually booked off the back of this work. Until then I have not earned anything. Once you have, we will sort out what this is worth, and you will already know by then.

Btw, if you decide not to work with me, totally get it. I'd really appreciate it if you could refer me to someone in the roofing industry who may be interested in digital marketing help.

PS: the phone number on the rest of this site is yours, not mine. Nothing there routes anywhere except to you.
